Class Descriptions
Classes are grouped into BODY, MIND and SOUL.  These are the focal points of the class. 
YOGA FOR BODY (60min)

The Bhav: 
strong, empowered, challenged and physically satisfied
Classes are designed to build a balance of strength and flexibility, a straight up approach to the yoga postures with a body centric focus. If we had to give it a name we'd call it Hatha Flow, meaning you'll move a lot with your breath but will still dive into some character building holds.
Music played in class.

These classes are ideal if:
  • You are new to yoga and seek mostly physical benefits
  • You are looking to feel empowered through your practice
  • You feel stagnant and need to get some energy moving
YOGA FOR MIND (60min)

The Bhav: 
spaciousness in the mind, freedom from the constant thoughts, peace and tranquility.
Long holds in yin yoga postures, supported by the floor and props. Muscles are relaxed with the intent of working into the connective tissues, this class is a rocket ship towards flexibility. It may be mentally challenging to begin but over time becomes an elixir for the mind.
Music played in class.

These classes are ideal if:
  • You have a busy life and/or busy mind
  • You could benefit from more stability and grounding
  • You aren’t sleeping well
  • You want to improve your concentration and/or focus
YOGA FOR SOUL (90min)

The Bhav: 
​I a
m not the body, I am not even the mind. I am limitless potential.
This traditional hatha yoga class incorporates asana (posture work) along with pranayama (breath) and meditation techniques. The practice is deep, challenging and nourishing with dynamic movements leading to longer holds in the asana. The deeper tantric practices of Bandhas and Mudras may be utilised. 
Classes make use of chanting and mantra, no music is played.

These classes are ideal if:
  • You are curious to go deeper into what yoga has to offer
  • You already have an understanding of the physical posture practice
  • You have a steady calm breathe through practice
  • You embrace yoga as a spiritual practice
  • You are ready to embrace your greatness

Booking Classes
To view the live class schedule and to book classes please visit momoyoga. 
If you'd rather the spontaneous action of just showing up, no worries at all, please ensure you arrive 15min prior to the start of your first class.

Pricing
  • Unlimited Monthly Membership $80 (Direct Debit). This includes unlimited in person classes and access to the O-Yoga online library of classes.
           Cancel anytime with 2 weeks written notice. Membership holds on request for periods of 2 weeks or more.

Casual attendance is based upon how many classes you take with me in any given week (Mon - Sun).
  • 1st of Class of the Week: $18
  • 2nd Class of the Week: $10
  • 3rd/4th Class of the Week: $5 

Both cash and card payments are accepted in person.

First Class Free for Locals (T&C)
Available only to those who reside within the 4573 postcode.
Proof of address must be provided (drivers licence or similar).
